Brady Millican – Practice Leader for Clinical and Research Diagnostics
Brady is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the clinical diagnostic and CDMO industry.
Brady held several senior leadership roles at start-ups through mature enterprises spanning sales, marketing, business development, and operations. Throughout his career, he has delivered results across a wide range of issues associated with disruptive technology introduction into the diagnostic ecosystem, including introduction of esoteric testing to the practicing physician as well as building independent labs with LDTs. He is known for his strategic thinking, strong client relationships, and ability to drive results.
Ryan Yanase – Commercial Strategy Consultant
Ryan brings a unique blend of experience in in vivo research and outsourced service sales. He has a track record of securing commercial partnerships with over 175 global academic and industry research organizations. His success lies in understanding the specific needs of labs utilizing animal models, particularly genetically engineered models (GEMMs) and alternatives. This expertise extends to creating and winning commercial and go-to-market strategies for companies selling into the early research and development space.
Matthew Manobianco – Sr. Marketing and CRM Consultant
High-performance marketing manager with experience in digital marketing and CRM optimization for companies in biotechnology. Skilled at managing and operating in a wide range of marketing channels and platforms. Matthew provides clients with strategic and tactical support to create marketing collateral, lead generation programs, email campaigns, social media optimization, search engine marketing, marketing communication, sales support, product management, etc. Trained in HubSpot, Matthew helps onboard and optimized HubSpot CRM for the life science industry.

Cheng-Yu has over 20 years of experience in marketing communication, including branding and technical development. Having worked with different companies in multiple industries across the world, he was recognized and awarded by Taiwan’s Ministry of Communication for his specialty. His skills include graphic design, web development, strategic/tactical marketing, and more. Cheng-Yu specifically has vast experience working with members in Life Sciences industry.
Arsell Sangalang – Sales Development Representative
Arsell is an experienced SDR that works both internally and on customer projects. She supports sales teams by increasing top of funnel activity and lead gen efforts. Certified in Hubspot sales and CRM, Arsell specializes in using Hubspot to run and manage internal and client sales workflows and sequences. Also, she conducts targeted lead generation and customer outreach for PSG Life Sciences and our clients.
Theodore Gerber, MA –Mediation, Negotiation and Executive Coaching Practice Leader
Ted is an organizational development consultant, executive coach, and team facilitator and has been working with a wide variety of organizations since 1989. He has worked and delivered engagements in the United States, Europe, Africa, Canada and Latin America.
Ted’s unique skills are based on over thirty years of experience as an executive, consultant, trainer, mediator and coach. This has enabled him to assist executives to be more effective leaders by increasing their ability to negotiate, manage conflict, build strong teams and influence others more effectively. Ted has coached line and staff executives, facilitated strategic planning sessions and off-site retreats as well as delivered training programs in such areas as negotiations, conflict management, leadership, sales, team alignment, influencing and effective coaching skills.
Ted has a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois and a B.S Degree in Business Administration and Economics from SUNY Albany and has worked with companies in a broad range of life science, biotech and device industries.
