Damian brings over 10 years of leadership experience in product management and commercialization strategy within the life sciences R&D tools sector. He has effectively managed a large global genomics portfolio (instruments, equipment, and reagents) for a Fortune 500 distributor, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the genomics research market and its key customer segments, such as top pharmaceutical and biotech companies, leading academic institutions, and government accounts.
Damian holds a PhD in biochemistry with a concentration in molecular biology from the University of Delaware. He is passionate about enabling the advancement of life-changing therapies and has developed and launched multiple solutions that address the evolving needs of the scientific community.
His expertise extends to leading high-impact initiatives from concept to production in the genomics services industry. With a strong foundation in product management and product marketing, complemented by technical expertise in life sciences applications, Damian can help customers with market trends analysis, competitive landscape assessments, voice of customer insights, go-to-market strategy, and product differentiation initiatives.
